  • The CLN is subscribed by qualified investors via Delivery Vs Payment (direct transfer from their bank).

  • The Product Manager and the Paying Agent ensure liquidity to the Borrower, who utilizes the funds.

  • Following the reverse process, it acknowledges coupon payments and capital repayment at maturity to the investors.
