Fund Mng who needs to open new markets

  • Fund assessment, identification of target markets and investors, technical due diligence.

  • Setting up the acceleration program: strategically positioning the fund, engaging regulated co-distributors and accredited investors in one or more target jurisdictions.

  • If the fund is not easily marketable in the identified jurisdictions, creation of an SPV compliant with the regulations of the target jurisdictions and the needs of co-distributors.

  • Support in investor relations with co-distributors, SPV management, and/or management of post-sales and brokerage activities.
